Welcome to Boost Bros Performance. By accessing or purchasing from www.boostbrosperformance.com, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. General Use of the Site

By using this Site, you confirm that:

  • You will not use the Site for unlawful purposes or to violate any automotive, emissions, safety, or traffic regulations.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.

2. Products Disclaimer

Our products include, but are not limited to, automotive performance parts, suspension components, and related accessories.
By purchasing these products, you acknowledge the following:

  • Performance parts and suspension modifications may alter a vehicle’s handling, reliability, emissions compliance, and safety.

  • Many performance parts are intended for off-road or racing use only and may be illegal for street use in certain jurisdictions.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to determine whether any product is legal, compatible, and safe for their specific vehicle and intended use.

  • Improper installation or misuse of parts may result in injury, death, or property damage.

We assume no liability for damages arising from installation, misuse, or operation of any product sold.

3. Mechanical Work and Fitment

Unless otherwise stated:

  • We are not responsible for labor charges, installation errors, or costs associated with the removal or replacement of parts.

  • Fitment information is provided as a courtesy and may not be exhaustive.
    Customers are responsible for verifying fitment prior to purchase.

If you are unsure, consult a professional mechanic before ordering.

4. Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in USD unless noted. Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities,

  • Refuse or cancel orders,

  • Adjust pricing due to errors.

If an order is canceled after payment, we will issue a refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.

  • Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.

Customers must inspect packages upon arrival and report shipping damage within 72 hours.

6. Order Cancellations

Customers may request to cancel an order before it has shipped or before work has begun on custom products or tuning services.

Approved cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee, which covers non-refundable payment processing fees, administrative costs, and order handling expenses.

Once an order has shipped, been processed, or custom work has begun, it cannot be canceled.

7. No Returns

All sales are final.

Boost Bros Performance does not accept returns on any products unless an item was shipped incorrectly due to our error.

Items that are not eligible for return include, but are not limited to:

  • Custom or special-order products
  • Digital products and tuning files
  • Electronic devices
  • Opened or installed products
  • Used or modified products
  • Clearance or discontinued items

8. No Refunds

Boost Bros Performance does not issue refunds for:

  • Buyer remorse
  • Ordering the incorrect product
  • Vehicle compatibility issues
  • Installation costs
  • Shipping charges
  • Delays caused by carriers or manufacturers
  • Digital products or custom tuning services

Refunds will only be considered if required by applicable law or if an error was made by Boost Bros Performance.

9. Warranty

Unless a product includes a manufacturer’s warranty:

  • All items are sold “AS IS” and without warranty.

  • We do not guarantee performance, reliability, or compatibility.

Any manufacturer warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Vehicle damage

  • Personal injury or death

  • Loss of income or business

  • Improper installation or misuse

11. Assumption of Risk

By purchasing performance or suspension parts, you understand and accept the inherent risks involved with modifying a vehicle.
You voluntarily assume all responsibility and liability associated with:

  • Vehicle tuning,

  • Racing conditions,

  • Increased engine load or stress,

  • Changes in ride height, geometry, or handling characteristics.

12. Emissions & Regulatory Compliance

Some products may not comply with:

  • Federal emissions regulations (e.g., U.S. EPA, Clean Air Act),

  • State laws (e.g., California CARB regulations),

  • Local safety or vehicle equipment standards.

It is solely the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all laws.

We do not guarantee that any product is legal for public road use.

13. Intellectual Property

All text, images, logos, and content on this Site are our property and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without written permission.

14. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to our data practices as outlined there.
