Thank you for shopping with Boost Bros Performance. Our goal is to deliver high-quality performance and suspension parts quickly and safely. Please review our Shipping Policy before completing your order.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Custom, built-to-order, or special-order items may require additional processing time based on the manufacturer.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a separate email with tracking information once your order ships.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer various shipping options depending on the product and destination:

  • Standard Ground Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (when available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, high seasonal volume, or manufacturer lead times.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, unless free, based on:

  • Product weight and dimensions

  • Shipping method selected

  • Destination

  • Carrier rates

Large or oversized items (e.g., coilovers, control arms, lift kits, exhaust systems) may incur additional handling fees.


4. Freight Shipping (Large Items)

Some performance and suspension products may require freight delivery due to size or weight. For freight shipments:

  • A valid phone number is required for scheduling.

  • Residential deliveries may include lift-gate fees.

  • The customer must inspect the shipment upon delivery and note any damage on the bill of lading before signing.


5. Drop-Shipping From Manufacturers

Many items ship directly from the manufacturer or distributor. Because of this:

  • Orders may arrive in multiple packages.

  • Tracking details may vary depending on the manufacturer’s system.

  • Manufacturer lead times may affect shipping speed.


6. Backorders & Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is backordered:

  • You will be notified via email with the expected restock or ship date.

  • You may choose to wait, swap for another item, or request a cancellation for the affected product only.


7. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees.


8. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

  2. Include photos of the damage, packaging, and shipping label.

This information is required to file a claim with the carrier or manufacturer.


9. International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Brokerage fees

  • Compliance with local regulations

Shipping times may vary based on customs clearance.
