ORDERING

How long does it take to process an order?

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Some specialty, made-to-order, or backordered items may require additional processing time.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled before they have shipped. Approved cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee to cover payment processing and administrative costs. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If your order has not entered processing or shipped, contact us immediately. We'll do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications once processing has begun.

How do I track my order?

Do you ship nationwide?

When will my order ship?

Many products ship within a few business days. Some manufacturers build products to order, which may increase lead times. Estimated lead times are listed whenever available.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless required by law.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your shipment arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and retain all original packaging. Photos of the damaged package and product will be required for any shipping claim.
