Thank you for shopping with Boost Bros Performance. We strive to provide high-quality performance parts and suspension components. Because many of our products are specialized, made-to-order, or used in high-stress applications, please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. General Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • Products must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the RMA.

Items returned without an RMA will not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

Due to the nature of performance and suspension parts, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Any part that has been installed, mounted, altered, or used.

  • Custom-ordered, built-to-order, or special order items.

  • Electrical components, sensors, or electronic modules.

  • Items with damaged packaging, missing components, or signs of wear.

  • Clearance, closeout, or open box items.

  • Fluids, lubricants, and chemicals.


3. Fitment Responsibility

It is the buyer’s responsibility to:

  • Verify part compatibility, fitment, and specifications prior to purchase.

  • Confirm any required modifications or tuning needs.

We are not responsible for improper installation, incorrect ordering, or compatibility issues caused by aftermarket modifications.


4. Restocking Fees

Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Restocking fees help cover inspection, repackaging, and processing costs.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide photos of:

    • The item

    • Packaging

    • Shipping label

    • Damage/defect

We will work with you and the manufacturer to resolve the issue. Replacement or refund approval depends on the manufacturer’s inspection and warranty guidelines.


6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Any deductions (restocking fees, missing parts, excessive packaging damage, etc.) will be noted before processing.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment unless the product is:

  • A custom or special order item

  • Already processed, packaged, or shipped by the manufacturer

Once shipped, the order follows the normal return policy.


8. Warranty Claims

Warranty policies vary by manufacturer. We assist with warranty claim submissions, but:

  • Manufacturer decisions are final.

  • Warranty coverage does not include improper installation, racing use, normal wear, or user-caused damage.
