All Sales Are Final
At Boost Bros Performance, we take pride in providing high-quality performance parts and custom tuning solutions. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless a product arrives damaged or is incorrect due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom tuning files or digital downloads
- Electronic devices that have been programmed, unlocked, registered, or used
- Special order or custom-built products
- Opened, installed, used, or modified parts
- Clearance, closeout, or discontinued items
- Products returned without prior authorization
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will work quickly to resolve the problem by replacing the item or providing another appropriate solution.
Warranty
Many products sold by Boost Bros Performance are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims are handled according to the manufacturer's policies and procedures. Warranty coverage does not guarantee a refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have shipped. Approved cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee to cover payment processing and administrative costs. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Installation Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all parts are compatible with their vehicle before purchasing. Professional installation is strongly recommended. Boost Bros Performance is not responsible for labor costs, towing expenses, vehicle downtime, or damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, racing, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.
